Born in 1954 in Taipei, Taiwan, Monica Chang graduated from Soochow University, Taiwan and also attended the University of Tsukuba, Japan. She's the Assistant Editor-in-Chief at Grimm Press Taiwan.
Because of her work, she came into contact with the children's books, and since then she fell in love writing children's books. She believes that there is a child living in everyone, which represents innocence and adventurous spirit. Through writing children's books, she can have the opportunities to communicate with the child in her heart.
Her works include "The Mouse Bride" & "Story of the Chinese Zodiac".
